Whitening Instructions

1. Floss and brush your teeth.
2. Place a small drop of gel in each tooth compartment of tray(s).
3. Place the tray with gel in your mouth.
4. Remove any excess gel with your finger or toothbrush.
5. After whitening, take the tray out of your mouth and brush teeth. Rinse to remove any residual gel. Use a toothbrush and cool water to remove any gel left in the tray.
6. Store tray(s) in storage case away from heat.

Foods and liquids that will stain teeth should be avoided for 1-2 days after you are finished using the teeth whitening trays.

Regular dental hygiene visits will help maintain your oral health and keep staining to a minimum.
